We are looking for a Product Designer in our Product Management team to join us on this exciting journey!

Your mission

As our Product Designer at Prewave, you will…

Get involved in all parts of the design process, and carry the end-to-end UX design process from start to implementation
Develop and implement UI/UX design strategies that align with our business goals and user needs
Conduct user research and create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to inform the design process
Create high-fidelity designs using Figma that are visually appealing and easy to use
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Conduct usability testing to validate designs and make data-driven design decisions

Your profile

Must haves

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in UI/UX and product design, especially for B2B and SaaS environments
4+ years of experience in end-to-end UI/UX design for responsive web apps and websites for SaaS products
Familiarity with UI/UX and product concepts, and design thinking
Strong problem solving skills, and high grasp of end-user needs
Strong experience with pattern libraries and design systems, especially Figma
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken

Bonus points for

Experience in discovery and usability testing
Prior experience in a startup environment, especially in supply chain, fintech or CRM fields
Experience in creating UX research and utilising different frameworks
Fluency in German language, both written and spoken
Valid work permit in Austria

What we offer you

An extensive compensation package
According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,968 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
