We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) to spearhead our expansion into the French market. You will be the human bridge between our cutting-edge AI and the world's most influential decision-makers.

Your mission

As a BDR at Prewave, you are the engine of our growth. While our AI identifies supply chain risks, you identify the business opportunities. You won't just be "making calls" - you will be a strategic consultant using a world-class tech stack to initiate high-level conversations with leaders across France.

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage AI Insight: Use Prewave's own technology to understand prospect pain points and tailor your outreach with surgical precision.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-impact outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage C-level stakeholders in France.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Become an expert in Salesforce (CRM), Gong (AI-driven conversation intelligence), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with AEs: Partner closely with Account Executives to map out target French accounts and build winning entry strategies for some of the world's largest enterprises.
  • Own the Pipeline: Consistently meet and exceed goals for qualified meetings, driving the revenue that fuels our global expansion.

Your profile

We don't care if you have years of experience or if this is your first step into tech. We care about your drive, your curiosity, and your ability to learn.

Must-Haves:

  • Communication: Native-level or fluent French, with strong English proficiency. You can articulate complex ideas simply and build rapport quickly over the phone or via video.
  • Tech Fluency: You are a digital native. You aren't afraid of new software and are genuinely excited by how AI is changing the business landscape.
  • The "Hunter" Mindset: You are resilient, competitive, and thrive on the win. You see a "no" as a challenge, not a dead end.
  • Professionalism: You are comfortable speaking with high-level executives and representing a sophisticated AI brand.
  • Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Vienna or Dublin.

Bonus Points:

  • A background in Business, International Relations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • A passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, or internships).
  • Familiarity with the French business culture and enterprise landscape.
