We are looking for a Graphic/Motion Designer in our Marketing team to join us on this exciting journey! 

Your mission

As our Graphic/Motion Designer at Prewave, you will… 

  • Create compelling graphics assets and videos for campaigns, white papers, events, booths, and other marketing materials.

  • Collaborate closely with the content team to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality designs that align with performance goals.

  • Create visually engaging motion graphics that align with the company's brand and messaging, collaborating with design teams across different time zones.

  • Choose appropriate music tracks that complement the narrative of the videos and enhance storytelling.

  • Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design.

  • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.

  • Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.

  • Work with other functional areas to ensure effective continuous improvement.


Your profile

Must haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Procreate, and animation tools.

  • A proactive, creative individual who values teamwork, humanness, and collaboration within a growing and talented team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Enthusiastic about understanding how the business works to create visually compelling stories and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.

  • Willing to be flexible, take feedback constructively, and adapt to changes in a collaborative and elevating manner.

  • Professional awareness of industry trends in motion graphics and software.

  • Ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve in the field.

  • Experience in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Fluent in English 

  • German language skills are a nice-to-have but not required. 


Bonus points for

  • Experience in a Startup environment.

  • Supply chain industry knowledge.

  • Any additional languages like French or Spanish will be considered a plus.

  • An extensive compensation package
    According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,968 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
