We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us on this exciting journey!

Your mission
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop release maps and communicate product launches effectively.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product releases and feature updates within Prewave.

  • Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) and guide the content team in creating impactful marketing strategies.

  • Analyze performance metrics to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and fintech to innovate marketing approaches.

  • Lead upsell efforts and nurture relationships with existing customers.

  • Align internal teams and marketing strategies to drive campaign success.

  • Develop and prioritize lifecycle journey opportunities to boost customer engagement.

  • Translate the product's value proposition into compelling messages for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a background in product management transitioning into marketing.

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience with a history of successful outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy to effectively engage target audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration between departments and assume leadership roles.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with, a strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to monitor and assess marketing performance.

  • Proven track record of driving results and taking ownership of projects.

  • Experienced in customer segmentation strategies.

  • Hybrid role experience, adept at working in both B2B and B2C environments.

  • Fluency in English.

  • German language skills are considered advantageous but not mandatory

  • Valid work permit for Austria

  • Experience in the tech and supply chain industries, aligning with our company's focus areas.

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French or Spanish would be considered advantageous.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum monthly salary based on the collective agreement for this position is EUR 3,077 gross (full-time). Our actual salary packages are based on current market salaries and of course, take your qualifications and experience into account.
