We are looking for an IT Support Intern in our Information Technology team to join us on this exciting journey!

Your mission

As our IT Support Intern at Prewave, you will…

Provide general support for our computer users
Set up hardware and software applications as and when required for new and existing users
Assist in maintaining our IT framework
Install and maintain various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches
Various ongoing tasks such as managing the IT asset inventory, IT processes and so on
Support the IT Administrator in administration tasks

Your profile

Must haves

Educational or training background in IT administration
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues
Regular access and willingness to work from our Vienna office
Keeping up to date with best practices in IT.
Fluent in English both written and spoken
A valid work permit for Austria
Living in Vienna

Bonus points for

Experience with PowerShell scripting
Passionate about IT and a keen interest in IT Security
Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge in IT / IT Security
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities

What we offer you

An extensive compensation package
For this internship we offer EUR 1,400 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
