Your mission

As a Product Manager at Prewave, you will…

  • Foster a truly user-centric approach, applying continuous discovery practices to deeply understand our internal teams and stakeholders needs and prioritise opportunities accordingly in close collaboration with engineering and design.

  • Plan and design workflows and interfaces to support our internal teams and help us to scale.

  • Ensure a scaled continuous delivery of product increments by unblocking your team’s execution, focusing on high-impact efforts as well as ensuring seamless functionality for a delightful user experience.

  • Derive product objectives and track metrics – measuring and sharing customer value to drive strategic outcomes in terms of user acquisition, activation and retention.

  • Foster a collaborative environment and shared understanding across teams, functions and business units - valuing openness and idea-sharing, while guiding teams to ship differentiating features.

Your profile
  • You’re passionate about enabling our processes and teams, combining your expertise in Product Management and UI/UX design, gained over your experience in the field for 3+ years. Empathy drives your decisions to deliver high-quality products, taking full ownership of the user journey and the product lifecycle.

  • You’re impact-oriented. You can identify and prioritise opportunities worth pursuing based on user research & data - instead of assumptions - as well as map them to business outcomes that the entire company will rally behind.

  • You’re inspiring others. You can get our cross-functional team to dream up to a common vision and enable them to solve complex problems by breaking them down into small iterative steps of incremental value.

  • You bring a deep passion for crafting efficient UI/UX processes and designing workflows that enhance the way data is processed and managed, ensuring both usability and scalability.

You’ll get bonus points for…

  • Background in supply chain management, risk management, maths or statistics.

  • Experience in UI/UX, software engineering, data science, cloud technologies and software-as-a-service.

  • Experience with applied product analytics, e.g. using SQL, R or dedicated products.

  • Experience in working with and negotiating with external vendors / partners.

  • All company and team communication is in English, so German language skills are just a nice-to-have
