We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our SMB and mid-market customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio, driving value for our clients while contributing to Prewave’s growth.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with your portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Prewave’s solutions (LKsG, Resilience, EUDR, EUBR) and guide customers through ESG regulations and compliance requirements.
• Identify, qualify (BANT qualification), and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing to maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular updates on account health, sales activities, and customer feedback to management.
• Represent Prewave at events and conferences, expanding your network and strengthening customer relationships.

• 5+ years of selling software and/or services to accounts in the manufacturing or automotive industry 
• Proven success using solution selling methodologies
• Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skills
• Professional, results-driven attitude
• Native in German, fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Be willing to travel as required
• Valid work permit for Austria

In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 70.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience and can be higher.
