Your mission
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with our leadership team, help shape people strategies, and ensure our Austrian operations are both compliant and primed for growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being both a strategic partner and hands-on execution in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, optimise structures, and guide organisational change.
Track and analyse key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Act as the subject-matter expert on Austrian labour law and compliance - providing authoritative advice on employment law, collective agreements, and works council matters, ensuring compliance and anticipating regulatory changes.
Lead on employee relations matters, particularly complex cases - take ownership of sensitive employee relations issues, guiding managers and employees through conflict resolution - and all appropriate next steps.
Identify talent development needs and drive retention - working with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, support succession planning, and work on targeted development initiatives to strengthen retention and career growth.
Oversee HR processes from onboarding to offboarding - Supporting HR operations team to ensure lifecycle processes are smooth, compliant, and engaging, using feedback to continuously improve.
Champion culture, engagement and inclusion - co-lead / lead initiatives that enhance our culture, promote diversity, and improve engagement, backed by measurable outcomes.
(Nice to have) Lead performance management & contribute to compensation/benefits - manage performance review cycles and support comp and benefits strategies to keep us competitive.
