We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Manager (f/m/d) to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that we create compelling, accurate, and competitive proposals that enable Prewave to win new business and strengthen client trust. Your main tasks will be:

• RFX Management: Evaluate RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to understand requirements and translate them into winning proposal strategies.

• Proposal Development: Coordinate, write, and edit high-quality proposals that align with client needs, clearly articulate our value proposition, and highlight competitive advantages.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and other relevant teams to gather input, validate information, and ensure accuracy of proposal content.

• Process Compliance: Work in line with Proposal Management processes, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and high standards across submissions.

• Efficiency & Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, and tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

• Content Management: Maintain and update the central RFX repository, ensuring that all proposal content, case studies, and reference materials are accurate, current, and relevant.

• Deadline Management: Manage timelines proactively to ensure timely submission of proposals while handling multiple projects in parallel.

• 2-6 years of proven experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

• Exceptional written communication skills, with an eye for detail, accuracy, and persuasive messaging.

• High level of diligence, organisation, and accountability.

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with proposal management tools or CRMs is an advantage.

• Passionate and diligent in delivering top-quality work which supports business growth.

• Valid work permit for either Austria or Germany

Expect a minimum On-Target Earning (OTE) of EUR 44,450 gross annually, tailored to your qualifications, experience and the role.
