We are looking for an IT & AI Operations Intern (f/m/d) to join our team. Your main tasks will be:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the newly renamed IT and AI Operations department to maintain overall business continuity.  

• Assist in managing and troubleshooting fundamental corporate systems, including hardware, software applications, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and basic networking concepts.  

• Collaborate closely with senior team members to handle routine IT & AI Operations’ operational tasks and integrate efficiently into the core team ecosystem.  

• Actively explore, learn, and creatively apply Artificial Intelligence tools to build automations and optimize existing workflows within the department.  

• Work towards achieving full operational autonomy over a 6-month period, ensuring you can independently deliver work and keep the department running smoothly

Must-haves:

• Ongoing studies in relevant departments as this role is tailored for those in a learning phase.  

• Regular access and a strong commitment to working directly from our Vienna office.  

• Being highly sociable, talkative, friendly, eloquent, and comfortable asking questions.  

• Basic understanding of hardware, software applications, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.  

• Strong troubleshooting capability driven by an eager, active, and growth-oriented learning aptitude. 

Bonus points for:

• Personal experience experimenting with, building, or creatively applying AI tools in your daily or academic life (e.g. Claude or Gemini).

• An interest in scripting or operational automation concepts (e.g., PowerShell).   

• Basic familiarity or comfort navigating Linux operating systems.  

• Interest in learning about Device Management Systems (MDMs) or security fundamentals.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognise and reward talent. You'll receive a competitive compensation package of minimum EUR 1,400 gross monthly based on collective agreement, which is tailored to your qualifications, experience, and the role.
